Following implementation, we continue to focus on your success, progress and performance through the enablement of the supplier management software. This includes incremental, customised and fully-flexible support, training and a helpdesk. Importantly this covers procurement and business teams,

functional specialists, and suppliers; Statess is an enterprise-wide solution.

In addition, we can provide operational support, either on-site or as a managed service. This ranges from administration activities, to full coaching, on-boarding, reporting and governance activities.

Focus on customer service

Post implementation of the supplier management software, we run regular monthly meetings to review performance and progress, covering topics from usage and adoption, through to SRM best practice. These sessions are run by our customer service team and are supported by an account manager who will be your escalation point and executive support.

You will be invited to regular knowledge-sharing user forums, providing the opportunity to network with other Statess users and supplier management experts.


Partner forum and SRM Summit

As part of our enablement phase we organise quarterly partner forums where all clients are invited for an afternoon event to discuss best practices and improvement opportunities. 

In addition the yearly SRM report launch event, as prepared by State of Flux, gives a thorough overview of industry best practice concerning supplier relationship management.
